What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting and overseeing the verification of complex FPGA-based prototyping and emulation systems.
• Leading the development of verification specifications, test plans, and defining robust test methodologies.
• Ensuring all verification tasks are completed to the highest quality and within project schedules.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including PCB designers, RTL engineers, firmware developers, and system architects.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Partnering with project management to plan tasks, set schedules, and establish quality checkpoints for successful project delivery.
• Driving innovation and process improvement within the HW verification team.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience leading hardware verification projects (SoC, IP, FPGA, or HW systems).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full verification lifecycle, including requirements collection, verification planning, testbench development, and documentation.
• Strong expertise in writing and executing verification specifications and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with physical hardware and a solid understanding of FPGA technologies.
• Proficiency in modern verification languages, tools, and methodologies (e.g. SystemVerilog, UVM, simulation, emulation).
