What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and innovation.
• Conducting research on the latest AI advancements and integrating cutting-edge techniques into Synopsys solutions.
• Collaborating with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust AI solutions.
• Performing data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to optimize datasets for machine learning models.
• Training, validating, and fine-tuning ML models to ensure high performance and accuracy in production environments.
• Deploying and monitoring AI models, implementing improvements and ensuring operational excellence.
• Documenting AI algorithms, methodologies, and processes for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Ensuring all AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (PhD is a plus).
• Minimum 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with proven production deployments.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
