- Exploring AI-driven automation: Assess current workflows, identify opportunities for AI integration, and establish guardrails for safe and effective usage.
- Collaborating with product owners to determine resourcing needs, prioritize initiatives, track progress, and deliver executive summaries for Synopsys and customer leadership.
- Standardizing execution and reporting of design and verification tasks across multiple products to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Defining and tracking KPIs for efficiency improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable impact and continuous optimization.
- Facilitating technical clarity: Formulate well-defined problems for R&D leads and AI agents, enabling effective solutions.
- Driving alignment across global teams to accelerate innovation and delivery.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Transforming design and verification workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Driving adoption of AI-assisted processes while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Enabling cross-team collaboration and clarity, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Influencing best practices and standards for mixed-signal IP development globally.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong program management skills with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to understand digital and firmware design workflows at a high level, including RTL, testbenches, synthesis constraints, CDC, and timing models for mixed-signal blocks (knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with PCIe and Ethernet serial protocols (PHY or link layer) is a plus.
- Comfort with architectural concepts of scripting and design languages (Python, Perl, Verilog) without requiring hands-on coding expertise.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to lead meetings, challenge decisions constructively, and summarize key points for executive roll-ups.
- Experience in defining KPIs and tracking efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and explore AI-driven solutions.
Who You Are:
- Collaborative, diplomatic, and skilled at building consensus.
- Effective communicator with the ability to align diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented and strategic in approach.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.
- Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:
You’ll join a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on delivering advanced silicon IP solutions. The team values mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement, creating an environment where diverse perspectives drive collective success.
Preferred candidates will be in-office, but we are open to part-time remote work (3 or more days in the office).
