You Are:

You’re a seasoned ASIC physical design engineer with 12+ years of experience, skilled in leading complex SoC or test chip implementations at advanced nodes. You have strong expertise in the entire physical design flow, are adept with industry-leading CAD tools, and excel in cross-functional collaboration. You communicate clearly, solve problems effectively, and thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee physical implementation for DDR/HBM/UCIe test chips.
  • Develop floorplans and power strategies for multiple foundry nodes.
  • Drive RTL-to-GDSII flow, ensuring area, power, and performance goals.
  • Execute static timing analysis and signoff.
  • Conduct EM/IR drop and physical verification checks.
  • Integrate IP blocks, hard macros, and collaborate across teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • 12+ years in ASIC physical design at advanced nodes.
  • Expertise in floorplanning, synthesis, P&R, timing closure, verification.
  • Experience with DC, PT, ICC2/FC, ICV, Calibre, RedHawk, FinFet.
  • Strong communication and project leadership skills.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
