Job Overview

The broad DesignWare IP portfolio includes logic libraries, embedded memories, embedded test, analog IP, wired and wireless interface IP, security IP, embedded processors and subsystems.  Synopsys DesignWare DDR IP is uniquely positioned in the industry as one of the most complex and high performing IP, in terms of interface, feature support as well as deployment across a wide spectrum of customer products. We are looking for a full time Design Implementation engineer to work on our next generation DDR/SERDES IP development.
Location: Hyderabad
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Hands-on experience in synthesis,  timing analysis, timing corners, modes and process variations
  • Hands on Experience with industry standard DFT EDA tools & flows
  • Good Knowledge of cross functional domains (SYN, DFT, LEC, STA, PD)
  • Proficient in Tcl/Tk, Perl scripting
  • Excellent problem solving and debugging skills. Proactive in nature
  • Excellent Communication and Team work skills
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding IP Specifications, clock architecture, IP interfaces and timing requirements
  • Synthesis trails and analyzing timing issues
  • Developing Timing constraints and perform Timing analysis
  • SCAN insertion, DRC, Coverage Analysis, improvements and ATPG simulations
  • Develop/automate flows and scripts in Perl/Tcl to enhance the SYN/STA/DFT methodologies & process
  • Interacting with cross functional teams to resolve the issues in creative way
