  • Enabling leading semiconductor companies to integrate high-precision, silicon-proven IP into market-defining products;
  • Enhancing the reliability and performance of PCIe and other high-speed interface IP products used across global industries;
  • Supporting Synopsys’ reputation as the partner of choice for advanced semiconductor IP solutions;
  • Driving technical excellence and innovation within the IP Design Team and broader engineering community;
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through collaboration and effective communication.

What You’ll Need:

  • University degree in electronics engineering or computer science;
  • At least 5 years in the same field/role;
  • Deep knowledge of IC design flows and methodologies, particularly for semiconductors;
  • Experience with digital and analog design principles; familiarity with verification tools and environments;
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and present technical reports and project documentation;
  • Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple technical deliverables.

Who You Are:

  • Curious and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies;
  • Strong team player who values collaboration and open communication;
  • Highly organized, able to manage time and priorities effectively;
  • Analytical problem solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset;
  • Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You will join a dynamic IP Design Team within Synopsys’ IP Group, staffed with both analog and digital IC design engineers. The team’s focus is on developing high-performance, silicon-proven IP that empowers next-generation SoC designers to integrate advanced functionality efficiently.
