Job Description and Requirements
This position is an individual contributor role responsible for enhancing and executing our SEC reporting process, managing data gathering, review, and compiling information for US GAAP/SEC disclosures in Form 10-Q/K filings and other US SEC regulatory filings. This role will also perform review and support Investor Relations in the preparation and completion of quarterly earnings release materials. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and report quality and have significant interaction and communication with senior executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Preparation of financial statements, footnotes for SEC reports including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and more, in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Preparation of internal financial analysis for executive management such as variance analysis to drive insight for senior management.
  • Supporting relationships and requirements with external auditors by preparing and providing complete documentation and explanation for various transaction types.
  • Provide support for detailed tie-outs of financial statements as well as internal and external presentations used for earnings press releases and investor conferences, among others.
  • Prepare quarter-end data and other support information including the statement of cash flows.
  • Support the preparation and review of the quarterly earnings release documents, tables, and related materials.
  • Assist in preparation and review of materials for Board of Directors.
  • Drive improvements in processes, procedures and internal controls which ensure a highly accurate, efficient, and robust reporting function. Maintain documented work procedures. Continually evaluate and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc requests for analyses and information.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least five years of progressive experience which includes public accounting. Experience preparing and/or reviewing financial statements and related footnote disclosures. “Big 4” a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to take full ownership and accountability of his/her area of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and able to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment. Must be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • WDesk (Workiva) SEC reporting applications experience is a plus.
  • CPA required.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $105,000 - $157,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
