You Are
You have spent years learning that the best executive support is not about being reactive, it is about seeing three steps ahead. You know the difference between managing a calendar and actually protecting someone's time so they can think strategically instead of firefighting all day. You have worked close enough to senior leaders to understand that your job is not just scheduling meetings, it is making sure the right people are in the room with the right context at the right time.
You are comfortable jumping into a half-formed request, asking two clarifying questions, and turning it into a polished deck or a logistics plan that actually works across time zones. You do not get rattled when priorities shift mid-week or when a last-minute ask comes in at 4pm on a Friday. You have learned to read between the lines, to know when "can you set up a call" really means "I need to align these three stakeholders before this decision goes sideways," and you handle it.
Discretion is second nature to you. You have seen sensitive information, heard tough conversations, and you know how to hold that with professionalism and judgment. At Synopsys, you will support a global sales leader who depends on you to keep the machine running so they can focus on the business that matters.
