What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Developing innovative architectures for high-speed wireline transceivers, with a focus on PAM-N 200G+ designs.
  • Leading and technically managing cross-functional design teams throughout all project phases—from ideation to execution, implementation, and silicon validation.
  • Collaborating with digital, analog, and mixed-signal engineers to ensure seamless integration and top-tier performance of SerDes IP solutions.
  • Driving technical reviews, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to best design practices.
  • Overseeing system-level analysis, modeling, and verification to guarantee robust and scalable solutions.
  • Interfacing with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions and successful product deliveries.

What You’ll Need:


  • Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, with a strong focus on wireline systems and PAM-N 200G+ architectures.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
  • Expertise in architecting and validating high-speed transceivers from concept through silicon implementation.
  • Deep understanding of system-level integration, modeling, and verification methodologies.
  • Deep high-speed circuit level expertise in cutting edge technology nodes.
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools, simulation environments, and silicon validation processes.
