What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced analog circuits and systems for cutting-edge semiconductor products.
  • Create and maintain detailed schematics, models, and technical documentation using industry-standard CAD and EDA tools.
  • Analyze and optimize existing designs to enhance performance, safety, and reliability across diverse applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management—to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform rigorous engineering calculations, simulations, and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones effectively to leadership and stakeholders.



What You’ll Need:

  • Strong knowledge of analog design principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or Synopsys EDA tools) for schematic capture and layout.
  • Experience with data analysis, simulation, and interpretation of test results for analog circuits.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in complex technical scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 1 year of engineering design experience, including leadership in technical projects or teams.
