Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative analog & mixed-signal engineering intern with strong theoretical and practical background in circuit design. You will be working as part of a highly experienced mixed-signal design team, and you will be involved in designing and verifying NVM IP’s and chip’s.

Key qualifications:

• BS/MS degree or student in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Basic knowledge in IC Custom Design flow and hands-on experience in design of analog or digital circuits.
• Ability to develop and verify circuit simulation models, ensuring that they accurately reflect the behavior of the actual circuit.
• Deep understanding of device physics such as resistor, capacitor, diode and mos.
• Deep understanding of analog designs like bias current mirrors, current reference, operational amplifiers, logic cells
• Preferred to have basic knowledge of HV pumps and regulator design, HV switches, IO cells, ESD structures.

Responsibilities: 

• Learn and execute on custom analog blocks for NVM IP and Chip
• Prepare design review documents for analog blocks
