You Are: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design, signal processing, and mixed-signal systems. In this role, you will work on advanced CMOS technology nodes to develop cutting-edge Process, Voltage and Temperature Sensor solutions. The Senior Analog Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing complex analog circuits and systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet product requirements and timelines. 


What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Design and develop analog circuits, including amplifiers, bandgap references, voltage regulators, ADCs/DACs, and other mixed-signal components for on-die monitoring solutions.
  • Perform detailed simulations, analysis, and optimization of analog circuits using tools such as HSPICE, PrimeSim or equivalent.
  • Liaise with layout engineers to achieve best possible outcomes
  • Work closely with digital design engineers to ensure seamless integration between analog and digital components.
  • Collaborate with system architects and other stakeholders to define product specifications and requirements.
  • Create and review detailed technical documentation, including schematics, test plans, and design reports.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns.
  • Participate in design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.



What You'll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in analog circuit design, with a proven track record of successful product development.
  • Expertise in analog simulation tools (e.g., PrimeSim, HSPICE etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of analog circuit principles and design techniques, proficiency in device physics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex analog systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with advanced technology nodes(FinFet, GAA)
  • Understanding of reliability and ESD concepts

 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Awareness of full custom layout techniques
  • Experience with Monte-Carlo simulations and analysis 
  • Knowledge of Verilog-A for analog behavioural modelling and simulation
  • Experience with developing automotive products
  • Scripting skills(Python, TCL, Shell etc)
