Job Description and Requirements

Analog Circuit Design Engineer

We Are

We are building next-generation analog and mixed-signal solutions that power modern semiconductor systems across industries. From advanced process nodes to high-performance designs, our work focuses on delivering circuits that meet strict demands for precision, reliability, and efficiency.

Our team is driven by curiosity, engineering discipline, and a passion for solving problems at the device and circuit level. We believe that strong fundamentals combined with hands-on design experience are key to delivering robust silicon solutions.

You Are

You are someone who enjoys diving deep into device-level behavior and understanding how circuits behave beyond ideal conditions. You are not satisfied with surface-level explanations — you want to understand why a circuit behaves the way it does, from first principles.

You have a strong foundation in electronics and a natural inclination toward analog design. Whether analyzing a MOS transistor operating region or debugging a circuit mismatch issue, you approach problems methodically and with curiosity.

You see analog design as a craft that improves with practice and iteration. You are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a field where precision and intuition go hand in hand.

You are comfortable working with EDA tools, exploring circuit behavior through simulations, and refining designs to meet specifications. Exposure to advanced technology nodes excites you, and you are motivated to design circuits that scale with evolving semiconductor processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and analyze analog circuits with a strong focus on device-level behavior and performance optimization
  • Work with MOS and BJT devices, understanding their operation across different regions and conditions
  • Use custom circuit design EDA tools for schematic design, simulation, and validation
  • Debug and troubleshoot circuit-level issues by analyzing simulation results and identifying root causes
  • Collaborate with team members to refine designs and improve circuit robustness
  • Learn and adapt to modern technology nodes, understanding their challenges and design trade-offs
  • Continuously improve your understanding of analog design fundamentals and practical implementation techniques

The Impact You Will Have

  • Your circuit designs will contribute to the development of reliable and high-performance semiconductor products
  • Your understanding of device physics will help improve circuit accuracy, efficiency, and robustness
  • Your debugging and problem-solving skills will accelerate design cycles and reduce iterations
  • Your contributions will support the team in delivering scalable solutions across technology nodes
  • Your growth in analog design will strengthen the overall design capability of the team

What You'll Need

  • B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with 3+ years of experience, or M.Tech from a reputed Tier-1 institute
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ability
  • Solid understanding of MOS and BJT device operation and characteristics
  • Hands-on experience with custom circuit design EDA tools (such as Cadence, Spectre, or similar)
  • Interest in pursuing a career in analog circuit design and continuously improving in the domain

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on advanced technology nodes
  • Prior exposure to custom analog or mixed-signal circuit design projects
  • Familiarity with simulation and layout considerations in modern semiconductor processes

Who You Are

  • You approach problems with curiosity and persistence, not hesitation
  • You are eager to learn and grow in the analog design domain
  • You can break down complex circuit behavior into understandable components
  • You are detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger design picture
  • You are proactive in exploring solutions rather than waiting for direction

The Team You'll Be Part Of

You will be part of a team focused on analog and custom circuit design, working on robust and scalable solutions across modern semiconductor technologies. The team values strong fundamentals, collaboration, and continuous learning, providing an environment where engineers can deepen their expertise and take ownership of their work.
