What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Verify and design custom analog blocks for advanced technology nodes for 112GBPS+ SerDes PHYs. 
  • Prepare and report technical documentation and reports to peers and upper-level management. 
  • Review and provide recommendations for the layout implementations of custom analog blocks.

  •  Elevate design quality and product reliability through meticulous analysis, verification, and modeling—enabling silicon that performs predictably across advanced nodes and challenging PVT conditions. 
  • Strengthen the team’s design excellence by sharing insights, refining methodologies, and contributing to best practices used across Synopsys’ global R&D organization. 
  • Accelerate project cycles by providing clear documentation, thoughtful recommendations, and proactive collaboration with layout, modeling, architecture, and system teams. 
  • Play a key role in ensuring Synopsys remains the industry leader in high-speed connectivity IP, helping customers bring innovative products to market faster and with greater confidence.
  • Advance next generation high-speed SerDes PHY technology by delivering robust, high performance analog designs used in cutting-edge chips worldwide.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 
  • Deep knowledge in IC Custom Design flow and hands-on experience in design of analog or digital circuits. 
  • Experience on DC/AC/Transient, Cross corners PVT, Equivalency checks, Aging, EMIR/SHE Reliability analysis, MonteCarlo simulations. 
  • Ability to develop and verify circuit simulation models, ensuring that they accurately reflect the behavior of the actual circuit. 
  • Experience in designing and verifying analog parts (Op-Amps, VCOs, LDOs, etc.). 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Good communication skills, mid+ level of English knowledge.  
  • 2+ Years of experience in same or similar field.
