  • Support the growth and skill development of the team by mentoring and training junior engineers.

What You’ll Need:

  • M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record in CMOS analog design, including hands-on experience with ADC, DAC, PLL, Rx, Tx, References, etc.
  • Experience coordinating design activities across teams and managing medium complexity designs.
  • Familiarity with IC design packages and UNIX operating systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Who You Are:

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in multicultural, global environments.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator, able to lead reviews and share knowledge clearly.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of reliability and performance.
  • Open to learning and mentoring, fostering growth for yourself and others.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You’ll join a fast-growing analog and mixed signal R&D team dedicated to developing high-speed analog integrated circuits using the latest FinFET and GAA process nodes. The team is dynamic, multicultural, and cross-functional, collaborating globally to deliver innovative SerDes solutions that enable chip-to-chip communications across multiple industries. Together, you will tackle complex challenges, share expertise, and drive the continuous advancement of Synopsys’ IP portfolio.
