You Are:

You are a passionate and innovative engineer with a strong foundation in electronics or computer engineering. You possess a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, particularly in the realm of high-speed serial-link (SerDes) transceivers. With a B.E/Btech/Mtech/MS/M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electronics or Computer Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience, you are well-versed in the intricacies of system modeling, signal processing, and hardware design. Your hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink for circuit and system modeling, alongside your expertise in high-speed analog CMOS circuit design, digital signal processing, and communication theory, makes you an ideal fit for our dynamic team. You are adept at proposing and designing algorithms to calibrate and adapt transceivers for optimal performance, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with analog and digital designers as well as hardware engineers. Your strong analytical skills, coupled with your ability to correlate simulated performance with silicon measurements and assist customers with system-level performance issues, set you apart as a seasoned professional in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Updating and maintaining SerDes system models to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Running system simulations to verify design performance across multiple protocols and channels.
  • Proposing and designing algorithms to calibrate and adapt the transceiver for optimal performance.
  • Correlating simulated performance with silicon measurements to ensure design accuracy.
  • Assisting customers with system-level performance issues and providing technical support.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams of analog and digital designers, and hardware engineers.

What You’ll Need:

  • B.E/Btech/Mtech/MS/M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for circuit and system modeling.
  • Expertise in high-speed analog CMOS circuit design.
  • Proficiency in digital signal processing and communication theory.
