Job Description and Requirements

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for analog and mixed-signal circuit design? We are seeking talented and enthusiastic circuit designers to join our R&D team, where you will be at the forefront of integrated circuit technology and design flow optimization. This position offers an incredible opportunity to define the design workflow and best practices across our DDR/HBM memory PHY organization. If you have a creative mindset and enjoy working with circuit teams across the globe, we want you on board!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Circuit Design Flow:

  • Collaborate with circuit experts to develop and optimize design flows, ranging from performance and reliability simulations such as aging, EMIR and HTOL to timing model generation.
  • Define tool specifications that are detailed, clear, and easily understood by CAD and software automation teams.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including process workflows, design requirements and user guides. Maintain comprehensive records of all decisions to aid team members and future developments.

Team Collaboration:

  • Embrace teamwork and open communication, actively participating in meetings and sharing your insights to achieve collective goals effectively.
  • Host discussion forums and align circuit teams across the globe for quality and productivity improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • PhD or MSc with 5+ years of analog and mixed-signal IC design experience.
  • Hands-on design experience in analog or high-speed circuits, e.g. receiver equalizer, VCO, transmitter, voltage regulator etc.
  • In-depth understanding of transistor reliability, layout techniques and timing analysis.
  • Proficient in Python, Perl or other scripting languages.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
