What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers to understand their complex electronics design and simulation needs, and providing expert guidance on applying ANSYS solutions for maximum success.
• Demonstrating the value of ANSYS HFSS, SIwave, Q3D, and related software through technical presentations and live simulations to drive adoption and sales growth.
• Developing and presenting tailored software demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions that streamline customer workflows and solve real-world engineering challenges.
• Delivering high-quality technical support and consulting services to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and effective problem resolution.
• Leading customer training sessions to boost user proficiency and confidence in ANSYS simulation tools, fostering greater independence and innovation.
• Collaborating with internal product development teams to relay customer feedback, participate in product testing, and contribute to the enhancement of future software releases.
• Supporting sales teams by preparing technical materials, competitive benchmarks, and assisting with the software sales process as a trusted technical advisor.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant industrial experience in electronics design, simulation, or product development.
• Expertise in ANSYS HFSS, SIwave, Q3D, or similar electromagnetic simulation software; experience with competitor tools is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of design, physical testing, and product development methodologies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with customers and global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical support or consulting, is highly desirable.
