What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, annual goals, and key business outcomes.
- Leading and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, operational reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Monitoring progress of key initiatives and ensuring accountability across teams.
- Streamlining organizational processes, decision-making frameworks, and operating rhythms for optimal efficiency.
- Managing executive dashboards, metrics, and reporting to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Preparing executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic documents for senior leadership.
- Acting as a proxy for the executive in meetings, communications, and decision-making when appropriate.
- Facilitating effective communication flows and cross-functional collaboration between leadership and the broader organization.
- Leading high-impact projects from inception through delivery, establishing timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
- Drafting key communications for internal and external audiences, supporting organizational messaging and stakeholder engagement.

- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- High adaptability, sound judgment, and proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments preferred.
