You Are

You are a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for championing customer success. With a strong background in IP design and/or ASIC/SoC integration, you thrive on improving product quality, performance, usability, and reliability. You possess excellent communication skills and have a knack for turning customer feedback into actionable insights. Your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and you excel at providing clear reports to executive management. You are a team player who can drive alignment across different levels of the organization and between functional teams. Your technical expertise in Interface IP protocols such as PCIe, UCIe, USB, MIPI, and DDR/LPDDR is a significant asset, and you are well-versed in IC manufacturing and process technology.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Participate in key customer programs and gather user feedback systematically

  • Categorize and propose product enhancements to address customer needs and improve their SoC development journey

  • Manage through matrix organizations to prioritize and drive product enhancement projects

  • Establish processes, track progress, and provide executive reporting

  • Close the loop with the Field and customers on product improvements

  • Measure success metrics of customer experience improvement on product quality, performance, usability, reliability, and cost of ownership

What You Will Need

  • BSEE required, MSEE preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in IP design and/or ASIC/SoC integration, silicon bring-up, product engineering, or project management

  • Technical knowledge of Interface IP protocols such as PCIe, UCIe, USB, MIPI, DDR/LPDDR

  • Understanding of IC manufacturing, process technology, and production signoff processes

  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide clear executive reports

The Team You Will Be A Part Of

You will be part of the Customer Engagement and Success team, reporting to executive management. This team is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by collecting feedback, prioritizing product enhancements, and ensuring successful implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in our leading-edge Interface IP products and EDA design/verification tools.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $150,000-$226,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
