• Serve as a primary technical interface for key accounts, aligning Synopsys solutions to customer needs and business objectives.

• Coordinate engagement logistics, drive regular sync meetings, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

• Partner closely with Account AEs and contribute to account strategy and opportunity development.

• Mentor and guide junior AEs and engineers, strengthening overall team performance.

• Apply deep expertise in RTL-to-GDS flows to support customer designs, including synthesis, physical implementation, and signoff.

• Drive solutions for timing closure, PPA optimization, and advanced-node challenges.

• Debug complex design and flow issues, providing hands-on technical leadership.

• Influence customer methodologies, including adoption of AI-driven design flows and automation.

The Impact You Will Have:

• Expand Synopsys footprint within strategic accounts through successful technical engagements.

• Accelerate customer design cycles and improve design outcomes at advanced nodes.

• Strengthen long-term customer relationships by delivering consistent technical excellence and business value.

What You’ll Need:

• 20+ years of experience in EDA / semiconductor design and implementation.

• Proven hands-on expertise across RTL-to-GDS, including:

    • Synthesis

    • Physical implementation (place & route)

    • Signoff: physical verification, extraction, STA

• Strong skills in:

    • Timing closure and PPA optimization

    • Advanced process node design methodologies

• Experience with Fusion Compiler is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of formal verification and DFT.

• Strong debugging and scripting skills (e.g., Tcl, Python).

• Understanding of AI/ML applications or AI agents in design flows is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales engineering roles within EDA.

• Demonstrated success driving benchmarks, evaluations, and production tapeouts.

• Ability to work in a cross-functional, global team environment.
