What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in applications engineering, with significant expertise in AMS and custom design within the semiconductor or EDA industries.
• Proven leadership experience managing AMS/custom design technical teams and large-scale customer projects.
• Deep expertise in analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital design, verification, and IP integration tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering complex AMS/custom technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AMS/custom design industry standards, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
