You Are:
You are a seasoned Applications Engineer with a passion for technology and innovation. You possess a deep understanding of memory Tests, front-end and IP knowledge, and are familiar with Solvenet. Your technical proficiency is complemented by excellent problem-solving skills and a keen ability to work collaboratively within a team. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact. Your communication skills enable you to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, ensuring clarity and understanding. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers on the usage and application of Synopsys products.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to improve product usability and address customer feedback.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Assisting in the development of technical documentation and resources for customers.
- Participating in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide informed support.

- Enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective technical support.
- Contributing to product development by relaying customer feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Helping to increase product adoption and usage through effective training and support.

- Building strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Need:
- Proficiency in memory Tests, front-end, and IP knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for Japanese and English
- Familiarity with Solvenet and related tools.
- A background in applications engineering or a related field.
- Programing skills (perl, tcl, python.etc) are Preferable
