You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and support materials.
  • Working closely with the development team to identify and resolve product issues.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor and software technologies.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
