You Are:
You are an ASIC Digital Signoff Engineer with a robust foundation in Static Timing Analysis (STA), Power Analysis, and Physical Verification for advanced node designs. Your technical expertise is matched by your commitment to quality and your keen eye for detail. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where collaboration across global teams is essential. Proactive and solution-oriented, you anticipate challenges before they impact customers and continuously seek ways to optimize processes and methodologies. Your scripting abilities in Python, Bash, Perl, Tcl, and Csh allow you to automate complex workflows, making you an invaluable resource for streamlining validation and release cycles. You communicate effectively, bridging gaps between R&D, Sales, and Operations, and your documentation skills ensure alignment and scalability across teams. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Validate signoff tools—specifically for STA analysis—prior to release, ensuring minimal customer-impacting issues.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, and cross-functional departments to align on tool quality and meet evolving customer expectations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize validation methodologies and automation scripts to streamline STA tool release processes and boost efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues early in the development cycle, enabling faster and more reliable software releases.
- Document processes, create training materials, and support knowledge sharing to ensure consistency and scalability across global teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback and data to refine validation flows and tools.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with no previous professional experience.
- Strong scripting skills in a high-level language such as Python, and in shell scripting languages like Bash or Csh.
- Solid understanding of STA and digital design principles.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Sales.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to support global teams.
- Proactive mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Synopsys signoff tools such as PrimeTime and PrimePower is highly desirable.

Working closely with global colleagues, you’ll help define best practices, optimize validation flows, and support the development of reliable and high-performance digital design solutions for leading semiconductor companies.
