What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers to understand their timing closure challenges and providing expert guidance on the Synopsys TCM product suite.
• Supporting the deployment, integration, and optimization of TCM solutions in advanced semiconductor design environments.
• Collaborating closely with R&D and product teams to relay customer feedback and influence feature development.
• Developing and delivering technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and product reliability.
• Documenting best practices, creating user guides, and contributing to knowledge bases to support ongoing customer success.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong hands-on experience with STA tools, preferably Synopsys TCM or similar EDA solutions.
• Solid understanding of ASIC/FPGA design flows, STA, and physical design concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Tcl, Python, Shell) for automation and workflow customization.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and provide actionable solutions.
• Experience interfacing with customers, delivering technical support, and managing complex projects.

Based in Bangalore, you’ll be part of a global network of engineers passionate about innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. 

As a member of the industry-leading Timing Constraint Management (TCM) product engineering team, you will collaborate with a talented and committed group dedicated to developing innovative solutions for constraint generation, verification, and management throughout the Synopsys end-to-end flow, spanning RTL design to gate-level implementation and sign-off.
The role involves close collaboration with customers, R&D Engineers, and management, ensuring that the SDC Constraints solution meets expectations and integrates seamlessly with other Synopsys products. You will champion key customer requests, provide technical solutions as part of the product team, and contribute to the advancement of next-generation design methodologies.
