You Are:
An Industry Expert within energetic, results-driven professional for customer success, Synopsys business success, keeping eyes on frontier technology and innovation, such as AI/Physical AI, DT, “Silicon to System” vision/solution promotion, and company strategic consulting service execution.
You are also an advisor, a consultant to Account Manager or Account Management. Customers focus and long-term thinking are always top of mind, and creative problem-solving comes naturally. Thriving in collaborative, cross-disciplinary environments, you consistently deliver high-quality outcomes while championing continuous improvement and adaptability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the selected key accounts technical planning, execution at different GTM stages. Such as
- As consultant for sales for strategic planning: Requirement analysis, competitive landscape, In/out technical resources. Solution, IBP, products recommendation. Push sales define and execute Quartey/Yearly customer visiting plan, TRM/MRM, and provide technical metrics support.
- Identify opportunities together with sales: Lead generation, mapping customer’s requirements with Ansys capability, building relationship with end user, technical decision maker and management team.
- As an Associate PM: In/out resource recommendation. SA/SE for solution development. Risk control etc.
- Project/opportunity tracking: Record and validate in/out resource investment in selected key accounts.
- Tracking post support and technical support activities: Leverage this data to push R&D enhancement. Evidence for TRM/MRM report.
- Summarize Metrics/IBP and replicate.
- Keep sensitive of customer’s new requirements, Industry’s long-term/frontier technology which could make customer and Synopsys more success.
- GPU technology within S&A technology, PIDO, PyAnsys
- Physical AI, Generic AI…
- Cooperate with local AI vendors to land in China customers e.g. LLM, Agentic AI
- Lead company strategic consulting service execution.
- Driving programs and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objective within support of in/out project team.
- Proactively identifying challenge areas and risks within consulting service execution, engaging executives as needed to resolve potential issues.
- Escalating issues and roadblocks with appropriate detail and prioritization to keep programs on track.
- Resolving problems through fact-based, conscious, and quality decision making, promoting best practices across teams.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor, Master, PhD in Mechanical, CFD, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years-Bachelor, 6 years-Master, 3 years-PhD or equivalent professional experience in a relevant engineering domain.
- Strong process orientation and results obsession, with proven experience in program/project management.
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Creative problem-solving abilities for complex assignments and situations.
- Ability to lead and influence personnel without direct authority, fostering collaboration and motivation.
