You have a deep understanding of verification methodologies, such as SystemVerilog and UVM, and are skilled in developing robust test plans and environments. Your proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Perl enables you to automate processes and drive efficiency. Leadership comes naturally to you; you motivate and mentor team members, fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and innovation. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing comprehensive verification test plans based on design specifications and requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining robust verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
  • Writing and executing test cases to validate the functionality and correctness of digital designs.
  • Running simulations, analyzing coverage data, and debugging design issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborating closely with design teams to identify, isolate, and resolve bugs pre-silicon fabrication.
  • Documenting verification processes, results, and best practices for future reference and team learning.
  • Driving automation initiatives using scripting languages to streamline verification workflows.

What You’ll Need:

  • MSEE or BSEE with 10+ years of hands-on digital design and verification experience.
  • Expertise in verification methodologies, including SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
  • Strong knowledge of digital architecture and industry-standard protocols.
  • Proficiency in RTL design principles and coding.
  • Advanced scripting skills in Python, Perl, or similar languages for automation.
  • Experience with test chip and full chip verification is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities to pinpoint and resolve complex design issues.
