What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and coordinating technical activities throughout the sales process, including customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations.
  • Analyzing customer technical requirements, infrastructure, and engineering workflows to identify areas for process improvement and solution integration.
  • Designing and demonstrating simulation solutions that streamline customer workflows and support the software sales process.
  • Participating in initiatives that enhance solution suites, strengthen presales/sales enablement, and foster professional development within the organization.
  • Articulating the value proposition of ANSYS products and solutions, encompassing the complete suite of offerings.
  • Instructing introductory and intermediate training sessions on the effective use of ANSYS simulation products to empower customer success.
  • Collaborating across teams to create elegant, practical solutions for complex business and engineering challenges.
  • Building technical credibility with customers, translating their needs into actionable feedback for product development.
  • Delivering hands-on deployment services and tracking customer success metrics to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Adapting to additional responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Advanced engineering degree (or equivalent professional experience) in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with ANSYS or similar simulation software tools, including setup, execution, and result interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of engineering simulation workflows and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer-facing communications.
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training or workshops for engineering software users.
  • Ability to independently solve complex engineering problems and develop innovative workflows.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You’ll join a dynamic Customer Application Services team dedicated to supporting regional accounts and driving software adoption. The team leverages deep technical expertise and strong relationships to solve complex engineering problems, develop innovative workflows, and deliver customer-centric solutions using ANSYS software. You will collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
