What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establishing and nurturing long-term, sustainable relationships with assigned enterprise accounts, serving as the single point of contact for all technical activities.
  • Collaborating with Enterprise Account Managers, Global Technical Account Managers, and Regional Account Managers to identify, plan, and prioritize technical activities that drive account growth and expand Synopsys’ footprint.
  • Leading technical engagements within the Aerospace and Defense vertical, leveraging your domain expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinating with presales, technical support, consulting, training, and development teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact results for customers.
  • Reviewing technical support activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating coaching for technical staff to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting and executing account-based marketing strategies to drive technology adoption, deployment, and competitive displacement.
  • Facilitating communication between customer teams and Synopsys Development to address defects and enhancement requests promptly.
  • Driving opportunity qualification and leading technical campaigns for complex customer engagements, including market sizing advisory.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years (BS), 3 years (MS), or 0 years (PhD) of professional experience in an engineering software environment; preferred: 8 years (BS), 6 years (MS), or 3 years (PhD).
  • Demonstrated experience with Synopsys or comparable CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM software solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of how engineering software tools are applied within specific industry segments, notably Aerospace and Defense.
  • Proficiency in logical problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% (preferred up to 50%).
