What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing advanced technical support to customers in Japan, ensuring successful adoption and integration of Synopsys solutions.
• Collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvements.
• Delivering technical presentations, training, and documentation to empower customers and internal stakeholders.
• Acting as a technical liaison between customers and development teams, capturing feedback and driving enhancements.
• Participating in customer meetings, technical reviews, and project planning sessions to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Developing and executing test cases, benchmarks, and demos to showcase the capabilities of Synopsys products.
• Supporting pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical evaluation, to drive business growth in the region.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong technical expertise in semiconductor design, verification, or related fields (e.g., EDA tools, ASIC/FPGA development).
• Proficiency in scripting languages and software development (Python, Perl, C/C++ or similar).
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and system-level troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog).
• Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with customers and global teams.
