You Are:

You are an expert in static timing analysis, passionate about driving innovation in semiconductor design. Your technical mastery of Synopsys PrimeTime and related STA tools empowers you to solve complex chip design challenges and deliver exceptional results under tight timelines. You thrive in both pre-sales and post-sales environments, confidently articulating technical superiority to customers and collaborating seamlessly across teams. Your deep understanding of timing corners, process variations, and signal integrity issues enables you to optimize designs for performance, power, and cost. You are skilled in synthesis, physical design, extraction, and ECO methodologies, bringing a holistic perspective to chip development.
 
 You are a proactive communicator, able to translate intricate technical concepts for diverse audiences and foster productive relationships with customers, R&D, sales, and marketing teams. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the industry-leading Synopsys PrimeTime Static Timing Analysis tool across pre-sale and post-sale engagements.
• Driving product adoption through competitive benchmarking, customer evaluations, and articulating product advantages to design teams and management.
• Delivering customer training, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops to maximize user proficiency and satisfaction.
• Providing tape-out support, troubleshooting complex timing issues, and ensuring successful project completion.
• Collaborating with R&D, marketing, and sales to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge base resources.
• Participating in advanced customer collaboration initiatives to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

• Expertise in Synopsys PrimeTime STA tool, with hands-on experience and deep knowledge of its features.
• Strong understanding of timing corners, process variations, and signal integrity-related issues.
• Familiarity with synthesis, physical design, extraction, and ECO methodologies.
• Proficiency in TCL scripting for automation and tool customization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• BSEE or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MSEE/equivalent with 3-4 years of experience.
