You Are:

You are an experienced engineering leader with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of semiconductor design. You thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating across multiple teams to deliver both standard and custom DDRPHY soft component releases. You’re motivated by process improvement, enjoy working with diverse groups, and bring a hands-on approach to solving technical and operational challenges. Comfortable with technology and eager to automate where possible, you’re ready to make a tangible impact on next-generation products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all aspects of DDR soft component engineering and release management.
• Planning and coordinating standard and custom DDRPHY releases.
• Managing customer-specific deliverables and timelines.
• Acting as the main interface with the DDR Controller Team for interoperability and issue resolution.
• Working closely with the Technical Documentation Group on application notes and releases.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

• BSEE/CS with at least 10 years of industry experience in semiconductor design and technology.
• Project management skills with multiple, simultaneous deliverables.
• Proven cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Process improvement mindset and implementation experience.
• Familiarity with Linux/scripting for automation (a plus).
