You Are:

You are a skilled and experienced data professional with a passion for uncovering insights and driving business strategy through analytics. With a minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst or finance analyst, preferably in a B2B environment, you have a strong background in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, advanced skills in SQL, and proficiency in Python or other data manipulation languages. You are adept at statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, and have a strategic mindset that thrives on leveraging data to make informed decisions. Your excellent communication skills enable you to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you are known for your self-motivation, analytical thinking, and ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical and data science techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for analytics purposes.
• Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for users in the access and reporting of data.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data product management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a data analyst or finance analyst, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python or other data manipulation languages; experience with data governance.
• Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

You will work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
