What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute targeted Account Based Marketing (ABM) plans for both one-to-few and one-to-many campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand key industries, market segments, and buyer personas, informing campaign design and execution.
  • Plan and execute high-impact marketing events in collaboration with sales, technical, and channel partner teams, including webinars, tech days, and industry forums.
  • Leverage digital channels—such as social media, third-party websites, and blogs—to build awareness, shape perception, and generate interest among targeted buyers in Taiwan.
  • Maximize marketing ROI by strategically targeting the right markets, industries, and customer segments with relevant products and messaging.
  • Analyze marketing spend, campaign performance, and success metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve outcomes.
  • Partner with sales and technical teams to identify and prioritize accounts for growth, executing customized campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Develop and deploy landing pages, registration strategies, and audience generation tactics to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create and execute joint marketing plans, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
  • Foster customer advocacy by engaging existing clients in events and campaigns, amplifying their success stories.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B technology or software environments.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buying process, sales cycles, and the challenges faced by sales teams.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, event-based, and ABM strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor metrics, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and channel partners.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and campaign management software.
  • Ability to manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
