What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and verifying DDR/HBM/UCIE PHY components.
• Running synthesis, RTL and gate-level simulation, and debugging failures 
• Collecting statistics on issues encountered during design and verification to help identify areas with the highest frequency and severity of problems, enabling targeted improvements to those parts of the flow.
• Potential involvement in the automation of Release flow.

What You’ll Need:

• Enrolled in Computer or Electrical Engineering program or graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2023-2024.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Understanding and knowledge of models used in IP design (GDSII, LEF, LIB, Verilog, etc.). 
• Understanding of the analog and digital design flows.
• Experience in scripting (Python, Perl, bash, TCL) is an asset. 
• Basic knowledge of Synopsys tools is an asset. 
• Work experience in IC design and verification is an asset. 
• Good verbal and written English is required  
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Quick learner with the ability to ramp up on new tools and processes. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills  
• Excellent communication skills.  
• Able to work under time pressure.
