You Are:
You are a highly motivated and innovative digital design engineer with a passion for ASIC and Firmware development. You bring a deep understanding of high-speed serializer and data recovery circuits, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where challenges are welcomed. With a strong theoretical and practical background, you are eager to work on the cutting-edge of NRZ and PAM-based SerDes products. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with different design groups and customer support teams. You are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of balancing high-quality design with tight deadlines. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Bare Metal Firmware development in C and Functional Testing.
* Silicon Bring up using Firmware.
* Working closely with a highly experienced mixed-signal design and verification team.
* Engaging in the development of NRZ and PAM-based SerDes products.
* Executing projects from start to completion with a focus on quality and efficiency.
* Participating in the structured firmware development, verification, and documentation processes.
* Providing support for in-house and customer silicon bring-up and functional validation efforts.

* Supporting the integration of advanced silicon IP into customer applications.
What You’ll Need:
* BSEE or MSEE Electronics with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Bare Metal Firmware Development in C used to control underlying Digital (and in turn Analog) Hardware.
* Very strong Digital Design and Debug Aptitude.
* Experience with structured firmware development, verification, and documentation processes.
* Experience in Silicon Bring-up and Functional Validation.
* Demonstrated experience in executing projects from start to completion.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with design groups and customer support teams.
