What You’ll Be Doing:

This role will lead enterprise-scale IT operations and play a key part in driving reliability, scalability, and transformation across our infrastructure landscape.

• Leading Data Center, Network, Linux, and HPC operations with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Driving 24x7 IT operational excellence, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing infrastructure teams across diverse functions.
• Delivering continuous improvement and cost reduction through automation, AIOps and process optimization.

What You’ll Need:

• 20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure
• Strong Expertise in Linux (mandatory)
• Strong leadership in managing large enterprise Infrastructure environments
• Good to have – experience and skillsets managing HPC environments
• Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire large, high-functioning IT teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in IT operations, governance, compliance, and service management (SLA/KPI).
