You Are:
An experienced IT leader with a passion for technology and innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven track record of managing and optimizing IT operations. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you are adept at strategic planning and project management. Your excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to lead and motivate your team effectively. You are proficient in managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with IT security standards. With at least 10 years of experience in IT management, you have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, and you are always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the IT department and ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems.

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to support the CIO objectives.

• Managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

• Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Managing budgets and controlling costs to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Ensuring compliance with IT security and regulatory standards, and managing risk effectively.

• Collaborating with vendors and managing vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Providing technical guidance and support to other departments and stakeholders as needed.

• May require occasional evening or weekend work to address urgent issues or projects.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

• Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.

• Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.

• Experience with vendor management.
