What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting laptop and desktop systems running Windows 11 and other Windows operating systems.
  • Providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and OS-related issues to employees, interns, and business partners.
  • Diagnosing and resolving system performance, connectivity, and basic network-related issues in a heterogeneous environment.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, with Outlook troubleshooting considered an added advantage.
  • Managing user accounts, passwords, access rights, and permissions in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensuring desktop environment security, including data integrity and file system protection.
  • Performing routine system maintenance, backups, and supporting data recovery processes.
  • Assisting with planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
  • Documenting configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to promote knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Staying current with technology trends and best practices in system administration and end-user support.
  • Participating in occasional after-hours work for system maintenance or upgrades as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience or technical training).
  • 1+ years of relevant experience with strong technical training are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 11 and earlier versions).
  • Experience with PC system administration, hardware troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals, protocols, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and common desktop productivity tools.
  • Understanding of IT support processes, policies, and security best practices.
