What You’ll Be Doing:

  • The present project proposal addresses a digital circuit voltage drop analysis and automation flow to fix them. The goals are:

    1. Study and understand several SOC IR drop mitigation techniques.

    2. Small digital circuit implementation, gates to gds.

    3. Test the several IR drop techniques and check which provides better results.

    4. Create one automatic flow to implement one or more IR drop techniques to fix all the design voltage drop hotspots

What You’ll Need:

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of digital circuit design, power distribution networks, and VLSI fundamentals.
  • Experience with EDA tools for digital implementation (e.g., synthesis, place & route, IR drop analysis).
  • Programming skills in scripting languages (such as Python, TCL, or similar) for automation purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, international environment.
