What You’ll Be Doing:

•    Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-assisted productivity tools into semiconductor design workflows.

•    Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, data analysis, and interfacing with AI APIs.

•    Support the validation and testing of large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) solutions using prompt engineering applied to hardware engineering tasks.

•    Assist in building agentic development flows to optimize engineering processes and improve system efficiency.

•    Document technical findings and present results to cross-functional teams, contributing creative ideas to enhance workflows and productivity.

What You’ll Need:

•    B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.

•    Strong academic foundation with relevant coursework, projects, or internships in semiconductor design.

•    Profiencent written and verbal communication skills in working with team members in same and across time zones

•    Strong analytical skills, debug and validation skills, implementation skills

•    Fresh graduates from the class of 2024 or 2025 only.

•    Not currently enrolled in any M-Tech programs or postgraduate diplomas.

•    Not employed in any full-time positions at any company (limited internship experience is acceptable).

Key Program Facts:

•    Program Length: 12 months apprenticeship program. Candidates may be considered for conversion after 12 months; tenure cannot exceed 12 months.

•    Location: Bengaluru, India

•    Working Model: In-office

•    Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time

•    Start Date: Jan 2026
