What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and prototype new platform features using Python.
• Research and identify "friction points" in user interactions with the solutions, translating insights into actionable technical requirements.
• Maintain high standards of technical documentation and participate in QA to ensure smooth deployment of new tools.
• Curate diverse data sources to build RAG-based GenAI solutions and generate prompt datasets for solution validation.

What You’ll Need:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECE, EEE, VLSI, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates from the class of 2025 and 2026.
• Not currently enrolled in any M-Tech programs or postgraduate diplomas.
• Not employed in any full-time positions at any company (limited internship experience is acceptable).
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with data.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/Gen-AI tools and prompt engineering for rapid prototyping.
• A "user-first" mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable product improvements.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in interdisciplinary projects (STEM/Data Science).
