What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Drive generative AI to implement a Python tool that replicates MAPDL post1/post26 capabilities using the Ansys DataProcessing Framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, support) to gather requirements and fully understand the functional and technical scope of the project
  • Develop Proofs of Concept in Python to evaluate feasibility, performance, and integration possibilities of the proposed solutions
  • Document the development process, research outcomes, and technical choices
What You’ll Need:
  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computational Mechanics, or a related technical field
  • Proficiency in Python and C++ programming
  • Experience in computational mechanics and familiarity with FEA software
  • Exposure to or experience with generative AI for coding
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for simulation technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
  • Collaborative team player with demonstrated experience contributing to group projects
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and precision in analysis, documentation, and technical work
