What You'll Be Doing:
- Support SAP Finance Operations: Assist with day-to-day operations of SAP Finance (FI/CO), including issue analysis, data validation, and comprehensive process documentation
- Optimize Enterprise Spend Platforms: Contribute to the administration and enhancement of Ariba and Concur platforms through reporting, configuration review, and user support activities
- Drive S/4HANA Transformation Readiness: Participate in exciting preparatory initiatives for SAP S/4HANA migration, including process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), data assessment, and testing activities (UAT)
- Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to support integration touchpoints and ensure seamless system connectivity across the enterprise
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics that empower finance operations with actionable intelligence and support decision-making
What You'll Need:
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of business processes or ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse, global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to SAP (FI/CO) or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with spend management tools such as Ariba or Concur
- Genuine interest in enterprise digital transformation and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or automation tools
