You Are:
You are an experienced and highly motivated Layout Design Engineer with a passion for creating custom layout designs for Process, Voltage, Temperature, Current, and Droop sensors. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong technical background in Analog & Mixed-Signal (A&MS) layout design. With your exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in industry-standard layout tools such as Synopsys Custom Compiler or Cadence Virtuoso, you are ready to tackle complex design challenges. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to work effectively within cross-functional teams, ensuring that design requirements and specifications are met with precision. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in layout design techniques and tools.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and specifications.
- Create and implement layout designs for complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
- Optimize layout design for performance, power, and area, with a hyper-focus on these aspects.
- Perform layout verification and resolve any design-related issues.
- Work closely with circuit designers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in layout design techniques and tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of layout methodologies and processes.
