We are seeking a motivated Intern Layout Engineer to join our layout team in the development of high-quality integrated circuit layouts. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor design, layout implementation, and verification workflows.

The intern will work closely with experienced engineers to assist in layout tasks, documentation, and design rule verification while learning tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Assist in the development and modification of IC layout designs under the guidance of senior engineers

*   Support layout verification activities, including **DRC**, **LVS**, and basic debugging

*   Help prepare and maintain layout documentation and design records

*   Learn and apply industry-standard EDA tools and workflows

*   Participate in design reviews and team meetings

*   Perform other related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

*   Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering ,Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field

*   Basic understanding of semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, VLSI design

*   Familiarity with layout concepts and physical design principles

*   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*   Good communication and teamwork abilities

*   Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced engineering environment

What You Will Learn:

*   Physical verification and debugging techniques

*   Industry tools used in analog /mixed signal

*   Team collaboration within a semiconductor design environment

Conditions:

*   Location: Yerevan, Armenia

*   Working hours: 40 hours weekly

*   Internship duration: 12 months
