SNPS is the world number one IP provider. We’re looking for a Foundation IP Layout Manager in Hanoi to join the team.

Responsibilities:

In the role of a Foundation IP Layout Manager, you will take the responsibility to:
  • Manages a team of Embeded Memory Layout individual contributors and Supervisors.
  • Plans and establishes goals and objectives for a team of individual contributors, and tracks employee goals and career development pathways
  • Coordinates activities for results, including costs, methods, and staffing
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Custom Layout and a deep understanding of Embedded Memory Layout
  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing people and the execution of processes, projects
