You Are:

  You are a forward-thinking and solution-oriented Machine Learning Engineer, passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and GenAI applications in the enterprise landscape.   You bring hands-on experience with a range of large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, and LLaMA, and have a proven track record of developing AI-powered copilots and agentic applications. You are comfortable working across the full stack, with a deep proficiency in Python, and are adept at leveraging modern cloud platforms and database technologies, including both relational and NoSQL/Vector databases.

  You are motivated by the opportunity to architect AI solutions tailored to the unique needs of diverse business units such as HR, Finance, and Legal. You are always seeking ways to improve processes, automate workflows, and deliver user-centric experiences, potentially bringing UI/UX skills in Angular or React to the table. With at least five years of industry experience and a strong academic background, you are ready to take on complex challenges, inspire your peers, and make a meaningful impact at Synopsys.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting and developing GenAI and deep learning applications tailored to internal corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, and more.
• Designing, building, and deploying AI-powered copilots and agentic applications that empower business users and streamline workflows.
• Integrating and experimenting with various LLMs (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, LLaMA) for optimal solution fit.
• Developing and maintaining robust APIs to enable seamless integration with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable, and scalable deployment of AI applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Leveraging cloud computing platforms and modern database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs) to ensure performance and scalability.
• Optionally, contributing to UI design and development using Angular or React to deliver intuitive user experiences.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Expertise in developing GenAI, RAG, and agentic applications leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or LLaMA.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building APIs for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud computing platforms.
• Familiarity with SOA, Microservices, and modern architectural patterns.
• Experience with a variety of databases including SQL, NoSQL, and Vector DBs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• UI design and development experience (Angular or React) is a plus.
