You Are:

You are a highly skilled and motivated network engineer with a passion for designing, building, and maintaining world-class network infrastructures. With over 8 years of hands-on experience in complex enterprise environments, you have developed deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless technologies, as well as a strong command of Cisco and SDWAN solutions. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed teams, always seeking new ways to optimize performance, security, and scalability. Your curiosity drives you to stay ahead of the latest trends in network automation and security, and you’re eager to upskill in emerging technologies like Zscaler and Palo Alto firewalls. You possess excellent troubleshooting abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing daily operational support for LAN, WAN, data center, and wireless networks to ensure robust and reliable connectivity across global offices.
• Troubleshooting user wired and wireless network connectivity issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
• Supporting the deployment and troubleshooting of IP networks for remote field offices and data centers.
• Managing network support ticketing, delivering timely resolutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction for end-user issues.
• Maintaining network design and configuration standards, ensuring operational consistency and compliance.
• Coordinating with vendors, partners, and service providers to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.
• Monitoring network stability and performance, ensuring 24x7 operations and rapid response to service impacts.
• Leading and collaborating with engineering peers on technical design solutions, contributing to high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) network documentation.
• Participating in network automation, upgrades, deployments, and design planning—including documentation updates and Visio diagrams.
• Participating in on-call rotations, reviewing outages, and developing permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Contributing to network documentation and knowledge base articles to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) and hands-on SDWAN experience/certification.
• Exposure to data center environments, especially Cisco ACI Infrastructure.
• 8+ years of experience supporting network infrastructures in small and large enterprise settings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP protocols, and deep knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS.
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, with experience in large SDWAN deployments.
• Familiarity with network security solutions, including Palo Alto, Zscaler, Pulse Secure, and Aruba.
• Experience using network diagnostic and packet analysis tools.
• Ability and willingness to work after hours or weekends for project and maintenance activities.
• Bonus: Experience with network automation (scripting/coding) and advanced network security practices.
